• Xactimate® and Symbility estimate writing and supplement preparation
• Insurance billing, invoice submission, and collections
• Carrier documentation follow-up and communication regarding contractor invoices
• Full-cycle claims management (Wet Ink to Ink™)
• Business development consulting and team training
• Answering service and customer communication support
• CRM and technology solutions for restoration contractors

Specific scope, fees, and performance terms for each engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement.

2. Fee Structure

Our fees are set out in your service agreement. Depending on your plan, fees may include a percentage-based fee, a one-time implementation fee, and a monthly minimum.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation required for claim preparation
• Maintain proper licensing and insurance required for your Florida contracting operations
• Authorize us in writing to communicate with insurance carriers on your behalf
• Notify us promptly of any carrier correspondence or claim developments
• Notify us promptly of any carrier payments or communications received directly, so contractor invoices can be reconciled

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Estimates LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including:

• Claim denials or underpayments by insurance carriers
• Delays caused by carriers or third parties
• Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
