Precision Estimates LLC was founded in 2015 in Orlando, Florida by restoration industry professionals who saw the same problem repeating across the state: skilled contractors doing excellent work and getting underpaid — not because of the quality of their work, but because of the quality of their billing.

Insurance carriers have experienced adjusters whose job is to minimize payouts. Most restoration contractors don't have the billing expertise, carrier relationships, or time to match those adjusters line item for line item.

We built Precision Estimates to close that gap. Our team of former Xactimate instructors, licensed adjusters, and claims specialists brings the same level of expertise to your billing that you bring to the job site.
