Precision Estimates LLC was founded in 2015 in Orlando, Florida by restoration industry professionals who saw the same problem repeating across the industry: skilled contractors doing excellent work and waiting months to be paid — not because of the quality of their work, but because of the quality of their billing.

Insurance carriers have experienced teams reviewing every estimate. Most restoration contractors don't have the billing expertise, carrier relationships, or time to document every line item to that standard.

We built Precision Estimates to close that gap. Our team of former Xactimate instructors, estimators, and restoration billing specialists brings the same level of expertise to your billing that you bring to the job site.
