Precision Estimates LLC is a Florida-based outsourced restoration billing and claims management company. We handle Xactimate® and Symbility estimating, billing, collections, and full claims management for restoration contractors, roofers, and public adjusters statewide. We manage the entire billing lifecycle — from the signed contract to the delivered settlement check — for one fair percentage-based fee.
We are based in Orlando, Florida and serve restoration contractors across all Florida markets — from Pensacola in the Panhandle to Miami in South Florida and every market in between. We operate remotely on behalf of contractors statewide with no geographic limitation.
Precision Estimates LLC was founded in 2015. In 10+ years of operation we have closed over 10,000 claims and recovered more than $300 million in settlements for Florida restoration contractors, roofers, and public adjusting firms.
No. Precision Estimates LLC IS NOT a Public Adjusting firm. We will not contact the insured unless for collection of a contractor's invoice. We do not discuss any portion of a claim with the insured, review or interpret policy, or represent the insured in any capacity.
We work with water damage and mitigation contractors, fire restoration companies, mold remediation specialists, roofing contractors, general restoration contractors, reconstruction companies, and licensed public adjusting firms across Florida.

Pricing & Fees

We charge one fair percentage of the settlement amount collected — covering Xactimate estimating, billing, adjuster follow-up, negotiation, supplement writing, and collections. You pay nothing upfront and nothing unless we collect. The specific percentage is discussed on your free discovery call based on claim type and volume.
No. There are no upfront costs, no minimums, no caps, and no hidden charges. Our fee is 100% performance-based — we only earn when your settlement clears your account.
Yes. While our full claims management BPO is the most comprehensive option, you can engage us for any individual service — Xactimate estimating only, billing and collections only, supplement writing only, or any combination. We work with contractors at every level of need.
Fee structures vary slightly based on claim type, complexity, and volume. Water damage, fire, mold, storm, roofing, and reconstruction claims each have different billing cycles and adjuster processes. Your specific fee is discussed and agreed upon before we begin work on any claim.

Xactimate Estimating

We deliver completed Xactimate® and Symbility estimates within 24–48 hours of receiving your documentation, photos, scope notes, and moisture readings. We maintain this turnaround even during Florida storm season surge periods.
For most estimates we need: scope notes or field documentation, photos of the loss, measurements, loss type, and any existing carrier estimates for supplement purposes. We can write estimates from field notes, drone data, or EagleView reports. We'll tell you exactly what we need for your specific loss type.
We deliver completed Xactimate estimates as ESX files (native Xactimate format) and PDF summaries. For Symbility we deliver the native Symbility file plus PDF. You receive everything needed for carrier submission.
Yes. We write Xactimate estimates for residential, light commercial, and larger commercial losses. Commercial estimates typically require additional scope documentation and trade-specific line items that our estimating team is fully experienced with.
Yes. We write the majority of our estimates from scope notes, photos, measurements, and documentation you provide remotely. For larger or more complex losses we can arrange an inspection-based estimate — contact us to discuss.

Claims & Billing Process

Timeline varies by carrier, loss type, and complexity. Most standard mitigation claims settle within 30–90 days. Complex fire or reconstruction claims can take 90–180 days or longer. Our daily follow-up keeps claims moving as fast as the carrier allows.
Yes — completely. You approve every settlement before we accept it. You set the minimum acceptable amount and we negotiate within your parameters. You have real-time visibility into every claim through our CRM dashboard.
A denial is not the end. We review the denial reason, prepare a detailed response with supporting documentation, and resubmit through the carrier's review process. We have a strong track record overturning Florida claim denials — especially on mold and water damage claims.
A supplement is an additional claim submission to recover line items the adjuster missed, underpaid, or excluded from the initial settlement. We proactively identify supplement opportunities in every estimate and write supplements whenever an adjuster's payment falls short of the full scope.
We follow up daily when needed — not weekly. We know which carriers respond to which communication styles and which milestone contacts move claims forward. When standard follow-up is not working we escalate through the carrier's internal review process.
